What the company is hired for
Repair
No light, high loss, a cut, or a bad splice. Located on an EXFO OTDR and restored with a fusion splicer. Both directions, launch cord subtracted, then end-to-end power.
Turn-up
The glass can be fine and the switch still down. CCNA-side check of the SFP, receive power, duplex, speed, and the interface before the job is called done.
